Through seamless collection partnerships, recycling technology and smart manufacturing, Jeffries produces a range of world leading compost, soil and mulch products.
We service everyone from vineyard growers, fresh food farmers, major construction companies and municipal organisations to landscape gardeners… even backyard green thumbs.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for proactively growing and developing the customer base of the Jeffries Reseller network, generating sales revenue and managing the internal Customer Service team.
As a key member of our sales team you will play a vital role in helping shape the positive, can-do culture in our business in order to underpin our long-term success and continue to make Jeffries a great team.
As the successful applicant, you will have the following areas of responsibility:
Growing the retail customer base and generating sales revenue.
Manage the relationships with the Jeffries Reseller network – made up of landscape supply yards and nurseries.
Pro-actively grow and develop the Jeffries Reseller network.
Responding promptly to customer enquiries and managing the customer feedback system.
Continually refine and improve the Jeffries sales process to drive increased efficiency and customer service.
Learn and implement the current Customer Service processes whilst working to improve and streamline them.
Manage internal Customer Service Representatives and assist them with their ongoing development, focusing on customer service.
